Aidan Rave - Director, Interim Management and north of England Aidan joined Pinnacle psg in 2009 from the senior head-hunters Rockpools, where he was Local Government Partner. In addition to overseeing the Consulting and Interim portfolios, Aidan is also our lead Director for the north of England.
Aidan's previous career experience includes the regeneration sector and local government, including five years as Deputy Leader and Deputy Mayor of a major metropolitan council. Aidan has also held a number of senior non-executive positions, including board member of Yorkshire Forward (Regional Development Agency), the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA) and South Yorkshire Police Authority. He also has extensive experience of both public sector policy and practice having undertaken work for central government on performance improvement and member development and participated in corporate assessments for the Audit Commission. |

Bobbie Graham - Associate Director, Pinnacle Interim business Bobbie joined Pinnacle in April 2007 having spent the last 18 years working for Serco - the global outsourcing company based at the Docklands Light Railway in east London. Her background is mainly in customer services, stakeholder management, identifying new initiatives for ancillary income and bidding for multi million pound contracts in the UK and abroad, most recently Business Link London.
She has a wealth of talent and experience in leading the successful implementation of new initiatives in partnership with client organisations and at Pinnacle is responsible for recruiting and managing our interim business.
Bobbie was awarded "Business Person of the Year" by the East London Chamber of Commerce in 2006. |

Anna Bishell - Interim Management Anna has spent the last two years heading up Rockpools interim management practice and prior to this worked as a Consultant focusing on central government and third sector assignments. She joins Pinnacle Interim to focus on delivery of assignments across central and local government ,regeneration and the Third sectors with additional responsibility for Marketing and strategy
Anna's recruitment career has spanned over 15 years, including time as a civil servant. She has built up a strong track record of assignments working with a range of high profile public sector and third sector organisations to source high calibre interim managers across Finance, Fundraising, Operations, HR, Communications and Marketing functions. She has also worked within health and central government practices, finding interim managers for business-critical roles, including project and programme management.
She also has strong skills in marketing, business development and event management, having been Head of Marketing and PR at another interim management provider, for over eleven years prior to joining Rockpools. There, she initiated a range of innovative PR and marketing tools and developed a range of industry-leading events to share best practice and thought leadership for executives including pioneering a specialist networking forum for women in interim management. She went on to head up Business Development developing key partnerships before operating as a Consultant handling assignments across the not for profit, central government and health sectors.

Fiona Musticone - Interim Management Fiona has a background in recruitment within a Government department in New Zealand where she worked with the long term unemployed and people with disabilities - assisting them back into the workforce. Since relocating to London, she has worked in various Executive Search and Selection companies before joining Pinnacle psg in 2009.
Fiona has worked across various roles within recruitment including Executive Search & Selection, Finance and Talent Centres.
Prior to joining Pinnacle psg, Fiona's role was Business Support Manager for Rockpools' Interim Management practice where she worked closely with Interim Managers and Clients to ensure the smooth transaction of contracts and payments. She continues her work in this role at Pinnacle psg.
In her spare time Fiona enjoys music, travel, writing and one day hopes to see Aston Villa top of the Premier League. |

Jan Taranczuk - Business Development Director, Neighbourhoods Jan joined Pinnacle in 2001, after working in Housing for the Greater London Council, Tower Hamlets, Lambeth and then retiring as Assistant Director of Housing at the London Borough of Greenwich. Jan specialises in building working relationships between the private and public sectors. He created the first fully private consortium that went on to win (as a Pinnacle business) a Pathfinder Housing PFI in Canning Town, Newham.
Jan has been working with other senior housing professionals providing senior management support, and implementing change, to a number of local authorities, including Medway, Gravesham, Chester le Street, Aylesbury Vale, Preston, Oldham, Doncaster, Nottingham and East and West London. |

John Tipping - Information Systems Consultancy Director John is an Information Systems (IS) consultant with a wealth of experience working on projects within the public sector, both in the UK and abroad. John gained his extensive experience through managing the application of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to deploy new systems, making service delivery more efficient. He specialises in ICT strategy development and implementation procurement, project management and information security.
Prior to joining Pinnacle, John worked as the IS manager of a major London borough before becoming a programme manager for PWC, working on overseas assignments. John has also been a management consultant, working with software suppliers serving the housing sector, major UK-based IS service providers and consultancies.
At Pinnacle, John is now Director of IS Consultancy with responsibility for developing the line of business through the recruitment of expert consultants to the team. John believes that the Pinnacle proposition of business transformation through people and processes, supported by technology, is very powerful and that there are major opportunities and benefits to be realised by the public sector adopting the Pinnacle approach and matching them to the needs of the local community. |
