John Swinney John Swinney - Chief Executive

John joined Pinnacle in 1994 after 20 years in local government. Having worked mainly in Human Resources for the London boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Camden, Hackney and Harrow, he was recruited to use his extensive knowledge to build a London-based social housing business as part of a multi-sector housing management operation.

Since that time, Pinnacle has focused on delivering the widest range of neighbourhood services to communities across the UK.

John's vision is to develop Pinnacle's business model as a provider of service solutions for the wider public sector. He is a member of the CBI's Public Service Strategy Board and the Chair of the CBI's Local Government Panel.

Most of her local government experience was spent with the London Borough of Hackney, where she led the borough's flagship Comprehensive Estates Initiative. Barbara managed six successful stock transfer programmes for the council before taking up consultancy, where her clients included the Peabody Trust, Birmingham City Council and the Housing Corporation.

Since joining Pinnacle, Barbara has delivered major neighbourhood regeneration projects for the London Borough of Newham and other clients. As Neighbourhood Service Director for Housing she also successfully implemented organisational change for various private and public bodies. After working in housing for the London Borough of Hackney, he left to set up his own business to provide services for the public and private sectors. He was recruited to build the facilities management business alongside Pinnacle's social housing contracts.

Since that time, Neil has contributed to the development of integrated neighbourhood services and has supported the expansion of services provided by Pinnacle.

John Gibson John Gibson - Director, Housing

John joined Pinnacle in 2002 after 22 years working in the London Boroughs of Newham, Tower Hamlets and Hackney.

He currently manages all our London Housing contracts including the two Private Finance Initiative (PFI) housing projects in Canning Town (Newham) and Brockley (Lewisham). A strong believer in resident participation and excellent customer services, he ensures that these are at the heart of "everything we say and everything we do".

He then went on to deliver marketing, communications and call centre solutions for Dalgety Agriculture, University of Central Lancashire and Business Link.

Andy joined Pinnacle Homecare, Pinnacle's contact centre business, in March 2003 to take it on to the next stage of development. This coincided with Homecare becoming part of Pinnacle Maintenance Services. In this role, he expanded the range of call handling services that Homecare offered from being primarily out-of-hours emergency maintenance to include daytime call handling, lone worker support, customer satisfaction surveys and contact centre improvement consultancy services.

Since October 2007, Andy has worked within Pinnacle's Neighbourhoods Division, providing expert advice on customer relationship management within a call centre environment. He is currently working on an organisational turnaround programme for SLFHA.
