Neil moved across to Pinnacle's facilities management operation when Pinnacle took over the former Essex County Council's Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) in 2006. This involved managing the transition of 750 local authority staff to Pinnacle. In 2008, Pinnacle's Schools PFI business was also added to Neil's portfolio.
