Pinnacle is committed to public service values and to working with residents, community groups and other agencies to create places where people want to live.
There’s more to creating a pleasant environment than simply keeping it clean. The main concern for most people is to live in an area where they can feel safe and happy, and have access to decent employment, reliable support and adequate childcare. With this in mind, we aim to establish new neighbourhoods and bring existing ones up to standard.
Much of our success in achieving these goals is due to our involving customers right from the outset, offering them a genuine say in high-level decisions and allowing them to set and monitor the quality of services received.
Throughout, communication is key. Working to both individual and team targets, our staff engage with customers to maximise service effectiveness whilst supplying a series of wide ranging schemes, such as support for tenants and residents associations and tenant management, an annual customer conference, and sponsorship of local resident meetings.
