Pinnacle engages with over a million people through the delivery of its services.

Our work has a direct impact on the quality of their lives and we take that responsibility very seriously. We also invest in communities through the charity Elevate that we set up to improve the lives of young people from inner-city areas.

Conscious of our high reputation within the communities we serve, our people are focused on community engagement for every facet of our operation. Housing contracts, maintenance services or turnaround for a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), all rely on the cornerstone of our belief – that ordinary citizens and their communities are the reason for our existence.

That’s why we want to give something back. To this end, a proportion of our profits are channelled into sports, holidays and educational projects by means of our charity Elevate. Through this, we can access and allocate funds unavailable to private companies, public sector bodies and the communities themselves, which benefit young people within the areas we work.

And our record is impressive, with independently-verified reductions in crime and anti-social behaviour, young and old breaching the age divide through dialogue, and disadvantaged young people finding hope through education where, in the past, they have only found failure.

Local regeneration initiatives
As a routine part of our contract delivery, Pinnacle works with its clients to identify areas which could be improved and then carries out small scale local regeneration projects.

In the last year these have included:

Thorney Bay Beach: Regeneration of an unkempt area on the Thames Estuary
Radland Road Sensory Garden: Regeneration of a disused block of land next to a Canning Town housing estate in east London
Landscaped Community Park: Regeneration of a disused space in Clapton Park, east London
Canning Town Green Space: Regeneration of a neglected area in Canning Town, east London

Elsewhere in the Pinnacle family, our sister company Rockpools, is a leading executive recruitment firm with a strong track record in the regeneration sector.
