Pinnacle is rapidly gaining a formidable reputation within the public sector and attracting many new clients as a result, with our activities now expanding significantly into central government.

The demand for Pinnacle’s services is driven by the continuing pressure to deliver high quality, cost-efficient and customer responsive public services and the continual need to renew public assets and infrastructure. These demands are expected to remain for the foreseeable future.
Nevertheless, we look forward to increasing and improving our services both to new and existing markets, following government policy developments, pressure on service quality and the continuing need for cost-efficiency.
The social housing market
Currently, our widest field of activity involves social housing management for local authorities and housing associations. In the future, however, we anticipate a growing number of projects from private developers of social housing, a market as yet in its infancy.
