The environment in an inner-city area like Lambeth is precious and we take great care to deliver our services using 95% biodegradable and recyclable cleaning materials and environment-friendly means of weed control.

Customers, too, need great care and in partnership with our clients we have put in place improved service standards, better communications and contract monitoring, thorough staff training for safer, hazard-free public areas and horticultural advice on common areas of concern including bird nesting, seasonal shrub pruning, shrub and tree diseases and dealing with Japanese knotweed.

Pinnacle commenced its contract with Lambeth Council in January 2003 and this has recently been extended until March 2009. Additionally, we also provide services for some Lambeth TMOs and the Metropolitan Housing Trust.

In addition to our more routine service delivery activities, we also provide void and lumber clearance, garden clearance, landscaping services (including the planning process, design and project management), sheltered housing support (planting, grounds maintenance and plant sponsorship).

Working so closely with local communities, we like to make a contribution to their welfare and in Lambeth we sponsor the Junior Football team at the St. Martin's Estate.

Cost efficiency is, of course, what drives our clients, but both they and the communities where we work are keen that their areas should /p> This has led us to be active in the annual Lambeth in Bloom competition and in last 3 years we were the 2004 best grounds maintenance contractor, in 2005 some 90% of awarded gardens were maintained or designed by Pinnacle and in 2006, gardens maintained or designed by Pinnacle came 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the Community Garden category, 2nd and 3rd in the Sheltered Housing category and 1st and 3rd in the Best Kept Estate category. We also prepared the ground for the new flower displays of the Overall Winner.
