Summer holiday improvementsSummer holiday improvements Over the summer holidays the Pinnacle PSG team completed a range of improvements to 19 schools across the country. In all over £1.4million worth of work was completed involving everything from replacing vinyl floor trim, to creating a new catering teaching facility.

Midland HeartMidland Heart Since 1 April 2008 Pinnacle PSG has delivered cleaning and grounds maintenance services on behalf of Midland Heart Housing Association, providing services to 11,962 properties from Milton Keynes to Nottingham and Leicester to Telford.
City PeninsulaCity Peninsula City Peninsula is located at Greenwich Peninsula, South London.
The development comprises of 229 flats, including 50 social rent, 10
shared ownership apartments, 169 private for sale units.

Castle PointCastle Point Pinnacle PSG took over the Grounds Maintenance / Street Scene service at Castle Point Borough
Council in June 2006 following a competitive tendering exercise. The Street Scene element
was in a particularly bad way and we implemented some immediate actions.
St Martins Estate, LambethSt Martins Estate, Lambeth Pinnacle PSG was originally involved in a landscape regeneration project on the estate in 2000. On completion, in 2001 Pinnacle PSG won the contract to provide grounds maintenance and cleaning services on the estate.
Wellington Mills TMOWellington Mills TMO (Tenant Management Organisation) Housing Co-operative, in the heart of London, in
Waterloo, is the oldest TMO
in Lambeth, having been created in the days of the Greater
London Council more than 30 year ago. It gets its name from the
Oakey sandpaper factory or mill that stood on part of the site the
estate now occupies.
Rothwell Primary School, LeedsRothwell Primary School, Leeds The headteacher of Rothwell Primary School, wanted to see a piece of waste ground transformed into a wildlife garden for pupils to enjoy, but with a limited budget and little experience of landscaping, she simply did not know where to start. Godfrey was the joint founder and Managing Director of First Pacific Davies FPD one of the largest diversified property services groups in Asia and Australia, with a turnover of in excess of £140m and over 6,000 employees. FPD's investments included some of Asia's leading services franchises and a 20% stake in Savills PLC, the international real estate consulting firm.
Godfrey has also held a number of executive and non-executive PLC directorships.
Perry Lloyd (Chair)
Chief Executive Officer, Pinnacle Regeneration Group
Perry has overall responsibility for the direction and strategy of Pinnacle Regeneration Group with the aim of creating sustainable shareholder value through the consistent delivery of excellent services.
Perry has spent 20 years in the property market, setting up and running a London-based property development and management business which formed a joint venture with FPD in 1997.
He was responsible for the organising of the merger of Pinnacle PSG and JSS Holding and now provides strategic support for PRG.
Group Finance Director, Pinnacle Regeneration Group
Michael Penny joined Pinnacle Regeneration Group in 2006 as Group Finance Director.
Michael qualified as an accountant with KPMG, and began his career with a number of property and service-related companies. He joined Whitbread as Head of Audit and as Finance Director of Thresher he led the acquisition of the Peter Dominic Group.
He has also served as Finance Director for Brightreasons restaurants and as Vice President, Finance at Time Warner where he was responsible for finance at CNN and Cartoon Network Europe. Prior to joining PRG in 2006, Michael was Finance Director at DIY retailers Wickes.

Managing Director, Pinnacle PSG
Neil joined Pinnacle PSG in 1998 after spending 18 years in local government and eight years running his own facilities management business.
After working in housing for the London Borough of Hackney, he left to set up his own business to provide services for the public and private sectors. He was recruited to build the facilities management business alongside Pinnacle psg's social housing contracts.
Since that time, Neil has contributed to the development of integrated neighbourhood services and has supported the expansion of services provided by Pinnacle psg.
Commercial Finance Director
After four years in IT, financial and management information systems at the London Borough Of Tower Hamlets, Nick left to join the original Pinnacle PSG team in 1995.
Since that time he has undertaken a variety of roles contributing to the continued development and growth of the business. From 2007 this has been as Commercial Director, which included leading on all PFI deals and responsibility for governance arrangements across the group.
In January 2012, Nick was promoted to the role of Commercial Finance Director
Business Development Director
Andy Cook joined Pinnacle PSG in 1998 from Newchurch & Co PFI consultancy having previously spent four years at the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
He started as a service improvement manager in London Borough of Hackney and was responsible for winning Pinnacle PSG’s very first Charter Mark award.
Andy moved onto managing our internal IT team before moving back out onto the frontline, project managing large housing IT system implementations for the London Borough of Redbridge and Chelmer Housing Partnership. Andy has spent his last five years in business development, helping to grow all parts of the Pinnacle PSG business.
Chief Operating Officer
Roger joined Pinnacle PSG in 2000 after 15 years in the public sector working for a variety of RPs and local authorities in the housing field.
Having managed a variety of housing contracts, Roger spent two years working for the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham re-engineering housing management services before joining Pinnacle PSG. He was recruited to re-examine the way housing services are delivered, with specific emphasis on improving customer satisfaction and resident involvement.
Roger currently is responsible for setting standards across all our contracts, ensuring that we are delivering top quartile satisfaction levels, maximising opportunities for residents to participate in the service as well as developing business. A firm believer in the delivery of neighbourhood management services and true resident involvement, Roger has integrated a range of Pinnacle PSG services based around customer needs, choice and involvement. He believes that improving customer satisfaction must be at the heart of everything we manage.
