  • They are on hand to offer assistance to residents in all situations – from co-ordinating the delivery of a large furniture order and carrying it up numerous flights of stairs, to helping a resident fix a problem with their car.
  • Staff support residents outside of their contractual working hours – for instance, they accompany vulnerable residents to their TRA meetings to ensure they arrive safely and on time.
  • They ensure that vulnerable residents are not taken advantage of by filtering and answering phone calls on their behalf
  • Receptions are made to feel welcoming and homely – for instance, when it is raining, staff
