Case Studies

Contract Overview

Elmgrove Point is located in Greenwich, South London. The development compromises of 20 storey tower. The sites are owned by ASRA Housing Group and are managed by Pinnacle PSG.
The development includes affordable and intermediate rent, include fourbedroom duplexes with private gardens as well as one, two and three-bedroom apartments with individual balconies, a large central communal courtyard and secure children's play area.
Pinnacle PSG deliver a tailored service to ASRA, delivering a comprehensive managed service covering concierge, security, cleaning and grounds maintenance. The advantage to ASRA is that all on site services are delivered by one provider, thus improving efficiency, service quality and accountability.
