Housing Management

Pinnacle PSG was one of the first private sector companies in the UK to be accredited by the Housing Regulator to manage social housing.  We won our first contract in 1994 and manage over 27,000 social housing homes.

Our philosophy is to concentrate on delivering high quality services to residents and leaseholders at an affordable price to the client.  We integrate local housing managers, who TUPE transfer to us from the public sector, with our own staff to form highly specialised and motivated teams.

We work closely with residents and their representatives on the ground to understand what’s important to them ensuring top quartile performance. 

The overall service is complimented by our 24/7 contact centre that ensures residents can easily access their service at any time of day, and welfare to work business ensuring local employment.

We manage homes for local authorities, arms length management organisations (ALMOs) and tenant management organisations (TMOs).  We also support the social / affordable housing divisions of private developers.

We continually challenge commissioning agents to offer stakeholders transparency and choice of service provider ensuring high satisfaction and lower costs are key deliverables.
