Soft Facilities Management

Pinnacle PSG provides soft facilities services to over 100,000 homes, 180 schools and 75 public sector buildings.  We directly employ over 1,300 members of staff.  Our focus is on providing top quartile user satisfaction at an affordable price to the client.

All our cleaning staff attain the NVQ Level 2 or BICSc cleaning qualifications and our cleaning products are both effective and environmentally friendly.  Our customer service training ensures that any service user can suggest improvements and alterations to service delivery.

Our grounds maintenance staff follow NVQ level 2 and many go on to achieve specialist qualifications in fine turf management, horticulture and arboriculture.  We are committed to operate out of local depots reducing the carbon emissions from our vehicles and ensuring local commitment to service delivery.

We also offer cross-over services such as concierge and caretaking, combining soft facilities management with day-to-day customer interaction and ‘make safe’ repairs.

Our clients include local authorities, Registered Social Landlords, Arms Length Management Organisations, TMO’s schools, academies, libraries, fire stations, NHS trusts, and universities.
