We mange over 30,000 social housing homes on behalf of clients such as CityWest Homes, Hackney Homes and the London Boroughs of Newham and Lewisham. Our services include tenancy management, rent collection, dealing with anti-social behaviour and allocations & lettings.
Property & Mixed Tenure
Utilising our public and private block management expertise we offer a comprehensive property management and mixed tenure service meeting the needs of both developers and their partner RSLs.
Facilities Management
We have over 1,000 directly employed staff delivering soft and hard FM services to a wide range of public sector buildings ranging from council offices to health centres.
