Best management and real support needed to implement government's housing green paperWe are excited about the opportunities offered by the Green Paper released this week (23 July 2007). This is not just about building much needed new homes, but it includes the promotion of local housing companies and delivery vehicles, eco-friendly homes and the creation of places where people want to live. If we are to ensure that the most is made out of the investment and these commitments, then both the best management and real support for the newly-created communities will be required. This is the opportunity for Pinnacle. |
